舰用汽轮机转子始裂寿命研究

摘要

对转子裂纹形成寿命（始裂寿命）进行研究，为汽轮机转子的设计提供支撑，比较已建立的转子始裂寿命估算模型。在此基础上以某型舰用转子材料34CrNiMo钢为实例，采用间接评价法进行计算并作出转子的表面均不会有裂纹萌生可能的分析，证明某型舰用转子材料选用合理。%The crack life of rotor(crack-beginning) is studied in this paper supporting the design of turbine rotor. The estimation model of crack initiation life of totor is lucubrated and compared, based on which a certaip type of warship rotor material 34CrNiMo steel is calculated with indirect evaluation method and concludes that no crack will engender in the surface of rotor,which proves that the choice of the certain type of warship rotor material is reasonable.
