横向载荷下复合材料层合板插层补强设计

         

摘要

Hull structure needs to be based on the actual function or structure of the installation. The composite struc-ture will have varying degrees of cutouts. Therefore, it is very important to study and design the composite cutouts and rein-forcement. At present, the research on the reinforcement of the laminated plate is mostly tensile, compressive, shear or their combined load. This paper mainly discusses the finite element numerical simulation of the two kinds of reinforcement forms of the asymmetric reinforcement design of the intercalation layer, and calculates the maximum value of the stress in the X-ax-is direction (S11). Value, and non-reinforcement model to compare, get S11reduced proportion. Then we discuss the effects of patch and patch radius on the reinforcement results. Finally, we discuss the variation law of the maximum value of S11in two different reinforcement forms under different patch laying and patch radius ratio, and obtain the reinforcement form with the largest decrease of S11. Through the above rules, it can be concluded that the relationship between the different reinforce-ment forms, the different patch radius ratio and the different patch laying layers can provide some reference for the design of the cutouts reinforcement.%船体结构根据实际功能或者结构安装等的需要,对复合材料结构开孔不可避免,因此对于开孔进行补强的研究和设计就显得十分重要.目前对于层合板开孔补强的研究,载荷形式多为拉伸、压缩、剪切或者它们的组合载荷.本文主要讨论的是横向弯曲这种载荷形式下,对插层对称补强设计、插层非对称补强设计2种补强形式进行有限元数值模拟,计算X轴方向应力(S11)的最大值,并与未补强模型进行比较,得到S11减小的比例.然后分别讨论补片铺层和补片半径比这2个参数对补强结果的影响;最后讨论在不同补片铺层和补片半径比下,2种不同补强形式S11最大值的变化规律,得出S11最大值减小最多的补强形式.通过上述规律,可以得出在横向弯曲载荷下,不同补强形式、不同补片半径比以及不同补片铺层之间的联系和关系,为开孔补强设计提供参考.
