深基坑开挖对周边居民房的保护技术

摘要

Combining with concrete project, the author discusses the protection measures of surrounding construction stage, construction stage based on root pile and surrounding SMW construction method, and the excavation stage on the residence house, describes the protection tech-nology and management measures of deep foundation pit excavation on surrounding residential house, so as to decrease the influence of the deep foundation pit excavation on surrounding residential house.%结合具体工程实例,论述了围护施工阶段采用数根桩及围护SMW工法施工阶段、挖土阶段对居民房的保护措施,重点阐述了深基坑开挖时对周边居民房的保护技术及管理措施,以减少深基坑开挖对周边居民房的影响.
