Based on itself characteristics of concrete, this paper introduced the principles of concrete winter construction, elaborated several commonly used winter construction methods, including adjustment of mixture ratio method, thermal storage method, external heating etc. , pointed out that the construction process should be in the premise of assuring quality, considered the site actual condition and cost, ehoiced the reasonable construction methods.%基于混凝土自身特点，介绍了混凝土冬季施工的原理，阐述了几种常用的冬季施工方法，包括调整配合比方法，蓄热法，外部加热等，指出施工过程中应在保证质量的前提下，考虑工地实际情况及成本，选择合理的施工方法。
