新型农村社区规划建设的困境与出路

摘要

According to typical patterns of new rural community construction, the writer concludes problems and difficulties which appear generally in current constructions and researches methods to solve the problems from many views such as social context, land system and industry development. Through these ways, we can break the current construction dilemma and keep the sustainable development of the new rural community.%根据当前新型农村社区建设的典型模式，针对当前建设中出现的普遍问题和困境进行了归纳，从社会文脉，土地制度，产业发展等角度出发研究了解决问题的方法，力求突破当前建设困境，推进新型农村社区健康持续发展。
