摘要

The paper introduces the research on the general plane design on construction sites at home and abroad, the concept for the general plane design on the construction site and its features, mainly indicates the basic methods which can be applied in the general plane design for the large-scale engineering construction field, emphasizes the main points for the daily management and control, and proves the method is systematic and reasonable by taking the partial construction of the continuous casting of the common auxiliary at Meishan Steel Company, so it is available and it has some reference value for the general plane design of the construction field.%简单介绍了施工现场总平面设计的国内外研究现状，施工现场总平面设计的概念和特点，重点介绍了一种适用于大型建设工程施工现场总平面设计的基本方法，并强调了日常管控的重点，并以梅钢连铸公辅局部区域施工为例，证明了该方法是比较系统而合理的，具有一定的可操作性，对施工现场总平面设计具有一定的参考价值。
