分析了我国现有高速道岔工厂化作业在制造工艺方面存在的不足以及道岔上道后出现的＂共性＂问题,对其进行病理分析,同时有针对性地提出了系统化的工艺改进方案,并对制造工艺方法进行了介绍,以使道岔的设计制造满足相关标准要求。%The study analyzes the defects in the current industrialized manufacturing craft of the express turnout and the ＂common＂ problems in turnouts when they are put in to use,undertakes the pathological analysis of these defects,points out the systematic craft improvement scheme respectively,and introduces the manufacturing methods,so as to meet the relative standard requirements in the design and manufacturing of the turnout.
