The paper introduces the definition and role for the national construction investment companies in regions,analyzes the problems in these investment companies,including the integrity of the politics and enterprises,the single financing channels,and the lack of self creation capacity,and illustrates the necessity and measures for the reform of the national construction investment companies in regions.%简要介绍了地方国有建设投资公司的定义和作用,针对当前地方国有建设投资公司存在的政企不分,融资渠道单一,缺乏自主创新能力等问题进行了分析,阐述了地方国有建设投资公司改革的必要性及具体途径,以期指导该类公司积极创新,实现可持续发展。
