改进标号法在网络计划技术中的应用

摘要

针对传统标号法在计算时间参数上所存在的问题，提出了计算双代号网络图中时间参数的一种灵活快捷的方法———新标号法，指出该方法是对传统标号法的一种改进，以其图面清晰，计算次数少，易于掌握等优点必将在各种工程项目中得到广泛的应用。%According to existing problems of traditional labeling methods in calculation of time parameter,this paper proposed a flexible and effi-cient method,new labeling method calculation of the time parameters in twin code network chart,pointed out that this method was an improve-ment to traditional notation,with its clear pattern,small calculation number,widely used and easy to grasp and other advantages would gain broad application in various engineering projects.
