刍议建筑工程造价中预结算的应用

摘要

介绍了建筑工程造价的计价方法，分析了建筑工程造价管理中出现的问题，并着重研究了提高建筑工程造价预结算审核质量的方法，指出做好工程预结算的审核工作对我国建设节约型社会有重要意义。%The paper introduces the pricing methods for the architectural engineering cost,analyzes some problems in the cost management, mainly researches how to improve the pre-settlement auditing quality of architectural projects,and points out it is meaningful for the construction saving society by adopting the engineering pre-settlement.
