扶梯焊接工装支架结构的有限元分析

摘要

Taking the ANSYS finite element analysis software as tools,this paper made command flow parametric modeling using secondary devel-opment tool APDL provided by ANSYS,and made finite element calculation to escalator welding tooling bracket model,gained the stress and de-formation at the worst load conditions,and checked the structure strength and stiffness,verified the safety of structure,to ensure the quality re-quirements of production of escalator products.%以ANSYS有限元分析软件为工具，利用ANSYS提供的二次开发工具APDL进行命令流的参数化建模，对扶梯焊接工装支架结构模型进行了有限元计算，得到了在最恶劣载荷工况下的应力和变形，并对结构的强度和刚度进行了校核，验证了该结构的安全性，以保证生产扶梯产品的质量要求。
