Taking some safety technique reconstruction program,No. 913 building as the example,the paper analyzes the construction technical points for the basement maintenance,earthing network,and pavement construction at the building according to the quality problems of the static conductive in the construction and usage,so as to achieve better construction effect.%以安全技术改建项目913号建筑物为例，针对导静电地面在施工、使用中发现的质量问题，详细分析了913号建筑物在基层修补、接地网络和面层施工等工序中应注意的施工技术要点，以期达到良好的施工效果。
