介绍了医院智能化系统的概念和实施条件，并从硬件和软件方面入手，详细分析了综合医院智能呼叫系统构建的要素和设计要点，以期为今后综合医院智能呼叫系统的设计提供参考。%The paper introduces the concept and implementation conditions for the hospital intelligent system,has the detailed analysis of the el-ements and design points for the intelligent call system of hospitals from the hardware and software,so as to provide some reference for the design of the intelligent call system of comprehensive hospitals.
