The paper mainly illustrates the calculation process for static loading reaction frame of beam field in Guangzhou indicates the applica-tion of the mechanics of materials in engineering practice with examples,and provide some experience reference for the compilation of site con-struction scheme and the processing calculation of steel member.%详细阐述了广州制梁场静载试验反力架的检算过程，举例说明了材料力学在工程实践中的应用方法，为现场施工方案的编制，特别是钢构件的加工检算提供了借鉴。
