Combining with engineering examples,the paper introduces construction organization measures of cement graded broken stone smooth-ness control,and mainly describes smoothness control measures,such as implementing three-grade technology clarification,implementing quality self-examination system,and rationally allocating equipment and so on,summarizes construction matters,and finally achieves good effect.%结合工程实例，介绍了水泥稳定级配碎石平整度控制的施工组织措施，主要对落实三级技术交底、落实质量自检体系、合理配置设备等平整度控制措施进行了阐述，并总结了施工注意事项，取得了良好的效果。
