对2015年华中地区大学生数学建模邀请赛A题(钢构件排料问题)进行了研究,建立了规则形状零件情形下的数学模型,采用纵、横向切割方式,对原料板材的零件切割分布进行了模拟,通过图形各面积的关系确定了准最优切割模式,得到最高利用率约为99%。%Problem A ( steel cutting problem) in the 2015 central China Undergraduate Mathematical Modeling Competition is studied in this pa-per. The paper established a mathematical model of shape under the condition of the parts, longitudinal, transverse cutting mode, cutting parts on the raw plate distribution was simulated, through the relationship between the figure of each area to determine the quasi optimal cutting mode, the highest utilization rate is about 99%.
