施工单位项目质量管理的开展方法及实效分析

摘要

Based on the perspective of construction unit simply analyzed the basic characteristics of project quality management,and on this ba-sis,relying on engineering examples discussed the application and actual effect of whole process management method in engineering construction, to expect the research to enhance the construction quality of the engineering.%基于施工单位的角度对项目质量管理的基本特征进行了简要分析，并在此基础上依托工程实例对全过程质量管理方法在工程建设中的应用和实际效果进行了论述，以期望该研究全面提升建设工程的质量。
