基于高寒地区化学发泡泡沫混凝土制备探究

         

摘要

In order to prepare high-strength lightweight foam concrete in Tibet alpine region,this paper explored the foam concrete mix ratio de-sign and the quantitative control in its content,the results showed that in the area the oxygen yield was 55. 7% of hydrogen peroxide preparation, the optimum dosage was 1. 2% of Potassium Permanganate,with the increase of foam stabilizing agent the final foaming height decreased,with the increase of hydrogen peroxide dosage the dry density of foam concrete first increase then small decrease,the spare coefficient optimum parameters should be between the 12. 5~13. 2 taking the hydrogen peroxide as foaming agent preparation of foam concrete.%为了在西藏高寒地区制备轻质高强的泡沫混凝土,探究了泡沫混凝土配合比设计和其中各掺量的定量控制,结果表明在该地区双氧水制备氧气的产率为55.7%;高锰酸钾的最适掺量为1.2%;随着稳泡剂掺量的增加最终发泡高度呈下降趋势;随着双氧水的加入量的增加泡沫混凝土的干密度呈先下降后小幅度上升的趋势;以双氧水作为发泡剂制备泡沫混凝土的富余系数最适参数应在12.5~13.2之间。
