夏热冬冷地区住宅实用性研究

摘要

Combining with the regional scope and climate characteristic in hot summer and cold winter area,this paper analyzed the residential building thermal characteristics and building energy consumption situation in hot summer and cold winter area,discussed the practicability method to improve the new buildings in the area,had important meaning for the construction and sustainable development of domestic well-off society.%结合夏热冬冷地区的区域范围及气候特点，对夏热冬冷地区住宅建筑热工特性和建筑能耗状况进行了分析，探讨了提高该地区新建建筑实用性的方法，对国内小康社会的建设和可持续发展具有重要意义。
