施工总承包管理模式的推广应用初探

摘要

对施工总承包管理模式进行了介绍，根据总承包管理模式的特点，从合同管理、投资控制、进度控制、质量控制等方面进行了调整，以充分发挥管理者的专业优势、技术优势，进一步提高施工管理水平。%The paper introduces the construction overall contract management model,and adjusts from the contract management,investment con-trol,progress control,and quality control according to the features of the overall contract management model,so as to play the roles of professional and technical edges fully and improve the construction management level.
