钢轨新制及在役焊缝探伤技法

摘要

The paper introduces the whole-section detection methods of new steel rail system and in-service welding,describes new welding doub-le-detector detecting techniques from aspects of tandem scanning,rail-head K-type scanning and bottom welding rail K-type scanning,and finally summarizes in-service welding double-detector detecting points,which will be good for improving the welding detection level.%介绍了钢轨新焊焊缝与在役焊缝全断面探伤的重点，从串列式扫查、轨头K型扫查、焊缝轨底K型扫查等方面，阐述了新焊焊缝双探头探伤的技法，并总结了在役焊缝双探头探伤的要点，有利于提高焊缝探伤的水平。
