一株假单胞菌降解间甲酚的特性研究

         

摘要

将菌株Pseudomonas sp. BN5在有氧条件下,以特征污染物间甲酚作为唯一碳源和能源,利用NO3--N作为电子受体,进行了反硝化特性研究,研究发现,菌株Pseudomonas sp. BN5降解间甲酚的能力可达360 mg/L,在间甲酚初始浓度为360 mg/L时,菌株培养78 h后NO3--N去除率达到87.8%,在降解过程中亚硝酸积累,随后被还原。%Strain Pseudomonas sp. BN5 was used to study the denitrification characteristics with m-cresol as the sole carbon and energy source and the NO3--N as electron acceptor under aerobic condition. The result showed that the capacity of strain Pseudomonas sp. BN5 to degrade m-cresol could ultimately reach 360 mg/L. The nitrate degradation rate came to 87. 8% in 78 hour in the presence of 360 mg/L m-cresol. In the whole degradation process,nitrite accumulation happened and it was reduced soon afterwards.
