关于大型结构物拖拉装船的优化分析

         

摘要

应用SACS软件构建结构物的有限元模型,根据API[1]规范对结构物进行静态分析,得出组块滑移装船时各桩腿的支反力,采用ANSYS软件对两种滑移装船方式进行校核,通过计算对比,选出适合的装船方式,并针对实际项目中较大型结构物的滑移装船驳船强度问题,提出了合理的建议,为降低结构物装船时应力提供依据。%SACS software was applied to build the finite element model of the structure,static analysis of structures in accordance with the API[1] specification,calculating the reaction force of each leg when the module is loadout process. By two loadout form:checked respectively by ANSYS software,using the calculation were compared and choose suitable form. In the actual project,the paper puts forward reasonable suggestions on the strength when the large structure loadouts on ship,in order to provide the basis for reducing the stress of the structure.
