结合江北护岸工程谈业主方建设管理的重要性

摘要

以江北护岸工程为例，分析了影响该工程建设的不利因素，从施工时间、建设方案调整等方面，提出了针对性的管理措施，并总结了工程建设的施工经验，指出业主方的高效管理有利于工程建设的顺利进行。%Taking the Jiangbei revetment engineering as an example,this paper analyzed the unfavorable factors influence of the engineering con-struction,from the construction time,construction plan adjustment and other aspects,put forward corresponding management measures,and sum-marized the construction experience of engineering construction,pointed out that the efficient management of owner in favor of engineering smooth-ly construction.
