CASP3基因多态性与川崎病及其冠状动脉损害易感性的关系

摘要

Objective To investigate the association of caspase-3 rs113420705 gene polymorphism with Kawasaki disease (KD) susceptibility and coronary artery lesions in children.Methods The CASP3 gene polymorphism was detected by polymerase chain reaction in 40 children with KD hospitalized in Tianjin Children's Hospital (the KD group) and 30 healthy children (the control group),and the correlation analysis was conducted.Results There was statistically significant difference in the GA,AA genotypes carrying the A allele of CASP3 gene rs113420705 SNPs between the KD group and the control group (x2 =7.72,P ＜ 0.05),and the A allele frequency rates between the two groups were statistically different (OR =3.11,95％ CI:1.46-6.62 ;x2 =9.03,P ＜ 0.05).There was no statistically significant difference of A allele between the coronary artery lesion group (CAL group) and non-coronary artery lesion group (NCAL group) (OR =1.97,95 ％ CI:0.80-4.84 ;x2 =2.21,P ＞ 0.05).Conclusions The CASP3 gene polymorphism is associated with KD susceptibility in children.The A allele was associated with KD susceptibility,but it was not obviously relevant to CAL.%目的 探讨半胱天冬蛋白酶3(CASP3) rs113420705基因多态性与儿童川崎病发病及其发生冠状动脉损害的相关性.方法 应用聚合酶链反应对天津市儿童医院收治的40例川崎病患儿(川崎病组)及30例健康儿童(对照组)的CASP3基因多态性进行检测及相关性分析.结果 川崎病组与对照组CASP3基因rs113420705 SNPs位点携带A等位基因的GA、AA基因型在川崎病组与对照组间差异有统计学意义(x2=7.72,P＜0.05),两组间A等位基因频率差异显著(OR =3.11,95％ CI:1.46～6.62;x2 =9.03,P＜0.05)；A等位基因在冠状动脉损害与无损害者间差异并不显著(OR=1.97,95％ CI:0.80～4.84;x2=2.21,P＞0.05).结论 CASP3 rs113420705位点基因多态性与儿童川崎病发生有相关性,A等位基因是儿童川崎病的易感基因,但与其冠状动脉损害的发生并无明显相关性.
