浙江省制造业技术效率分析:基于八省市比较

摘要

选取江浙沪粤徽鲁辽闽八个地区的数据,采用DEA(数据包络分析),建立前沿面进行了2000-2009年各地区技术效率的计算.通过将浙江省制造业与其他七个地区的技术效率进行横向比较和对浙江省制造业技术效率进行分解,发现浙江存在技术效率无效,并进一步从产业结构和纯技术效率、规模效率无效等问题上指出存在不足的原因,提出若干建议.%In order to calculate the technical efficiency (TE) , this paper selects the data from the eight districts of 2000 -2009, they are Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Shanghai, Guangdong, Anhui, Shandong and Fujian, and compares the technical efficiency of the manufacturing sector of Zhejiang province with that of the other seven districts to the horizontal. First, it uses the data envelopment analysis ( DEA) to calculate the total technical efficiency, And then finds the reasons for technical inefficiency by building the efficiency frontier of pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency. And in accordance with the results of the analysis, it points out the shortcomings in the manufacturing sector of Zhejiang province, and to make some appropriate recommendations for improvements.
