区域系统动态协调发展及其有效程度评价研究

摘要

Regional gap enlarges gradually since reforming and opening in China. Regional coordinated development is raised timely under the guidance of the scientific development concept. This paper researches quantitatively and dynamically on coordinated development of regional system and evaluates the effectiveness of harmony and development between the regional systems internal and subsystems on the basis of DEA approach. And this paper gets the empirical support of the north of Jiangsu.%改革开放以来,我国区域差距逐渐扩大,在科学发展观的指导下,统筹区域协调发展适时提出.运用线性加权模型和离差系数法对区域系统动态协调发展水平进行了定量研究,同时在对DEA(数据包络分析)方法进行扩展的基础上,对区域系统的内部和子系统之间协调和发展的有效程度进行了评价,并得到了江苏苏北地区实证研究的支持.
