高校科研工作可持续发展的思考

摘要

Based on the analysis of scientific research in recent years in Zhejiang University, we found that there were chal lenges for sustainable development of scientific research in Zhejiang University, so we tried to change the developing mode and enhance scientific research and sustainable development. After three years' research and practice, we got some posi tive results.%在分析总结近几年浙江大学科研工作取得的长足发展基础上,针对学校科技工作可持续发展所面临的新挑战和发展机遇,提出应以转变发展方式为重点,不断深入改革和创新现行的科研管理体制和机制.经过近3年的实践探索,取得了一些初步成效.
