Low carbon economy has been involved in every field of human' s life, climate change is the world's most sensitive issues now. This article analyzes the CO2 emissions based on the Logistic model, puts forward suggestions on energy saving and the development of low - carbon economy in the end.%低碳经济现已涉及人类生活的各个领域,气候变化问题成为世界最敏感的问题.以历年能源消耗量以及CO2排放量为基础,通过Logistic模型对北京市CO2排放量进行分析,最后得到北京市节能减排,发展低碳经济的政策建议.
