研发投入的效率对于高技术产业的发展具有重要的意义.利用1996-2007年中国高技术产业的面扳数据,估算了中国高技术产业研发投入对于高技术产业发展的作用.实证结果表明,中国高技术产业的研发投入具有较高的研发投入产出弹性,对高技术产业的发展起到了不可或缺的推动作用.中国高技术产业的细分子行业的研发投入的产出弹性存在差别,但是各行业的研发投入都具有推动高技术产业发展的促进功能.%R&D is important to the development of high technological industry. This paper applies empirical method to calculate the effect of R&D by panel data. The result shows that high - tech industry R&D input has high output elasticity and is important for the industrial development. But there exists some different among sub high - tech industries.
