战略导向的开放式创新综合模型研究

摘要

开放式创新倡导企业打破边界,综合调用企业内外部的资源完成能满足顾客不断变化的需求的创新活动,然而成功的创新必须为企业的发展战略服务,因此,建立战略导向的开放式创新综合模型是战略管理和企业创新的必然,该模型不仅要求企业跳出现有资源的约束来创新影响顾客价值的因素的组合方式,实现新价值曲线的创造,还要求企业从创新主体、创新过程、创新成果方面综合构筑模型.指导企业从内外部寻找资源完成创新活动.该模型对企业实践有指导意义.%Successful innovation must serve with company's development strategy. Therefore, it is inevitable to construct an integrated model of open innovation based on strategic direction. According to the model, a company should not only use the theory of value innovation to attract customers, but also build the comprehensive model in the terms of innovation subjects, innovation process and innovation results. This model is helpful for the company's practices.
