高校科技成果统计中几个重要概念辨析与思考

根据科技成果及其转化等指标统计中存在的问题,通过文献计量法对科技成果、科研成果和技术成果等概念外延要素(即邻接词)进行相容程度分析,并对所考察概念与邻接词进行相关分析,结果验证了内涵属性界定.为规范高校科技成果及其转化率等指标的统计提供依据.%According to the problems existing in index statistics of scientific and technological achievements and its transformation, the paper uses the bibliometric method to analyze the compatibility of extensional factors of concepts of scientific research achievements, scientific achievements and technological achievements etc, and to make correlation analysis of the concept and adjacency words. The results verified the definition of connotation attribute. This article provides the basis for regulating the index statistics of scientific and technological achievements and its transformation ratio in colleges and universities.
