By analyzing the present policies on Guangxi high- level innovative scientific talent, this paper points out that Guangxi talent policies have problems such as narrow coverage, unworkable, deficiencies in talent incentive and training. Therefore, the paper proposes to set the priority to the development of new ideas, adjust and innovate Guangxi policies on high - level innovative scientific talent, strengthen policy implementation, and to further improve the policy environment of Guangxi high- level innovative scientific talent.%通过研究分析广西高层次创新型科技人才的政策现状,发现人才政策中存在的政策覆盖面较窄、较为保守、操作性不强、人才激励、培养、选拔和流动政策等问题,提出树立人才优先发展新理念,调整和创新高层次创新型科技人才政策、加大政策倾斜力度等措施,优化广西高层次创新型科技人才政策环境.
