以213名知识员工为研究对象,探讨工作资源、工作投入与知识共享之间的关系,在文献回顾基础上提出理论假设,并对理论假设进行验证.通过验证发现,工作资源直接对知识共享产生正向影响;工作投入对知识共享具有正向影响;工作资源对工作投入具有正向影响;工作投入在工作资源与知识共享之间起中介作用.%Based on a survey of 213 knowledge employees, the relationship among work resources, work engagement and knowledge sharing was discussed. Based on reviewing the literature, this paper proposed the theoretical hypothesis and verified it empirically. The result showed; work resources had a directly positive impact on knowledge sharing; work engagement had a positive impact on knowledge sharing; work resources had a positive impact on work engagement; work engagement played a role of mediating effect between the work resources and knowledge sharing.
