基于模糊综合评价的我国高等医学院校科研能力内部评估方法研究

摘要

This paper, from the three aspects of research results, study of environmental quality and peer respect degree, constructs an internal evaluation system on the scientific research ability of higher medical colleges and universities in China. By using the experts evaluation method and analytic hierarchy process, the paper determines the weights of the evaluation system. Based on the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, the paper constructs an evaluation model, and provides direction for optimizing the allocation of resources and promoting science and technology innovation and long - term development in higher medical colleges and universities in China.%用研究成果质量、研究环境质量、受同行尊重程度三个评估项构建了我国高等医学院校科研能力内部评估体系,采用专家评定法及改进型层次分析法确定评估体系权重及运用模糊综合评价法构建评价模型,为高等医学院校优化资源配置、促进科技创新及长远发展提供了方向.
