根据广东技术转移人才发展技术路线图中需求分析环节要求,开展我省技术转移人才队伍在政策、制度、财政等各方面需求的调查,围绕技术转移与服务机构及人才的重要性、存在困难、制约因素、应采取措施以及今后关键举措等多个方面进行,针对企业、政府、高校、科研机构、技术转移与服务机构等5个层面作出实质性调研分析,并有针对性地提出一些思考.%The paper reviewed the foreign and domestic research on technology transfer & service institutions about institutions development and talent team construction. According to the demands on requirement analysis of the chart of technical route of technology transfer talent development in Guangdong province, the paper extended the investments of policy, institutionalism, finance and so on to the talent team of technology transfer in Guangdon province. It provided some analysis to the investments requirement of technology transfer & service institutions and talent team constructions in Guangdong province on the contexts of government, high school, sciences and technology institutions, technology transfer & service institutions. It also provided some thoughts about technical route of technology transfer talent development in Guangdong province.
