我国科研院所集群服务保障体系的集约化发展研究

摘要

从产业集群的研究入手,提出科研院所集群的概念和特点,进一步指出目前科研院所集群服务保障工作面临的问题,用集群和资源共享的理论来分析和讨论科研院所集群服务保障工作的特点,借鉴基于资源共享的国内外大学集群服务保障体系的实践经验,提出科研院所集群服务保障体系的发展方向.%Based on the analysis of industrial clusters, the paper brought forward the concept and characteristics of the research institutes cluster, and further pointed out the problems that the cluster service support of research institutes faced. By cluster and resource sharing theory, the paper analyzed the characteristics of research institutes cluster service support work. Drawing on the domestic and international university' s practical experience in resource sharing service system and cluster service support system, it pointed out the developing orientation of research institutes' cluster service security system.
