从改变对创新概念的认识入手促进科研成果转化工作

摘要

Among all the causes which are related to the low rate of scientific and technological ( S&T). Achievements transformation in high education colleges of our country, the main hindering factor is the fixed, old - fashioned anachronistic prejudices and opinions on the concept of innovation. Trying to accept the new idea that innovation is invention in use, we should improve the mechanism of evaluation of S&T achievements and incentive scheme, establish a special S&T achievements transformation team, which consist of compound versatile personnel and enterprising talents and strengthening the extent of participation of the scientific research administrators during the S&T achievements transformation. These are the four main measures to improve the S&T achievements transformation.%我国高校成果转化率低的原因有多种,但科技人员对发现及创新概念的顽固、僵化的理解是关键因素.引导研究者和管理者接受“把发现、发明的东西的派上用场也是一种更大的创新”的新观念、改良院校科技成果评估和奖励机制、建立复合型人才和经营型人才组成的成果转化团队、强化科研管理者在成果转化过程中的参与程度是促进科技转化的有效措施.
