关于完善我国重点实验室考核评估工作的几点思考

重点实验室考核评估是重点实验室管理工作的重要环节.通过对当前我国国家级、省部级和中国科学院重点实验室的考核评估方法和考核指标体系的分析,概述了我国重点实验室考核评估的主要内容、方法和考核指标设置情况,分析了我国重点实验室考核评估工作存在的不足,并提出了完善重点实验室考核评估的若干建议.%Evaluation is one of the important parts in the management of the key laboratory. The article studies the evaluation measures and the index systems of the state key laboratory, the ministry key laboratory, the province key laboratory and the Chinese academy laboratory. It summarizes the main content of the evaluations and analyzes the evaluation index systems. The paper also discusses the shortages of the evaluation of the key laboratories in China, and provides some suggestions to the evaluation of the key laboratories.
