广东省战略性新兴产业高技能人才培养对策研究

摘要

As a knowledge intensive industry,strategic emerging industries have a heavy reliance on human resources and need the support of a powerful talent cultivation mechanism. The development of strategic emerging industries in Guangdong has set new demand for the quantity,structure and the quality of qualified and skilled talents. The professional structure and talent cultivation mode,etc. of higher vocational education should be correspondingly adjusted and reformed according to the change of demand for talents with local economic and social development.%战略性新兴产业作为知识密集型产业，对人才资源有着极大的依赖性，需要强大系统的人才培养机制的支持。广东省战略性新兴产业的发展，对高素质高级技能型专门人才在数量、结构和质量上提出了新的要求，高等职业教育需根据地方经济社会发展对人才需求的变化，在专业结构、人才培养模式等方面做出相应的调整与改革。
