This paper built the model of knowledge transfer and human resource management interaction,based on the process of knowledge transfer.The human resource management,for example,enhancing the recruitment of the knowledge staff,establishing or improving the training system,improving the performance evaluation system as well as strengthening the enterprise culture construction,can improve the efficiency of the knowledge transfer.%基于知识转移的过程构建知识转移与人力资源管理相互作用的模型,认为加强知识型员工的招聘,建立健全培训制度,完善绩效考核体系,强化企业文化建设等,可以提升知识转移的效率.
