山东半岛蓝色经济区科技人才聚集效应实证研究

摘要

This paper takes Shandong Blue Economic Zone as the object,forms an indicator system to evaluate the tech-nological talents aggregation effect. Then,the principal component analysis method is used to evaluate the technological talents aggregation effect level of the prefecture level cities in the blue economic zone. At last,a conclusion is drawn and some suggestions are given out.%以山东蓝色经济区为对象，构建科技人才聚集效应的评价指标体系，运用主成分分析法对蓝色经济区内的地市进行了评价，得出结论，并提出改进建议。
