电子政务服务中地方政府与公众行为的演化博弈研究

摘要

通过分析电子政务服务中地方政府和公众的行为特征和利益关系，构建电子政务服务中双方的单次动态博弈模型，运用演化博弈方法研究双方群体博弈行为规律，运用博弈规律解释电子政务服务中存在的一些现象，最后提出相关的建议以促进电子政务服务更好地发展。%By analyzing the characteristics of behaviour and the interests relationship between local governments and the public,a single dynamic game model of E - government service was constructed. The behaviour rules of these two groups are given by utilizing the model of evolutionary game theory and are used to illustrate some phenomena of E - government service development. Some suggestions were also put forward to improve the development of E - government service.
