The paper analyzes the meaning of the scientific and technological personnel to co - operatives and the status quo of technology talent training in Tianjin Wuqing Area co - operatives on the basis of the experience of the developed countries,and explores technology talent cultivation mechanism for Wuqing Area co - operatives.%在分析科技人才对合作社的意义以及天津市武清区合作社科技人才培养现状的基础上，借鉴发达国家的相关经验，探索针对武清区合作社科技人才的培养机制。
