选取1996—2012年我国高技术产业总产值和 R&D 人员的数据,采用协整分析和格兰杰因果检验分析,对我国高技术产业产业成长与科研人才关系进行验证,并建立了二者的误差修正模型。结果表明:二者存在长期的动态均衡关系,科研人才是高技术产业成长的格兰杰原因。这说明在我国高技术产业的成长期,二者没有形成良性的双向作用关系。%According to the data on R&D talents and total output value of high -tech industry during 1 996 -201 2,this pa-per uses co -integration anlaysis and Granger causality test anlaysis to find out the relationship between S&T talent and in-dustry growth of high -tech industry and establishes an error correction model.The result shows that the R&D talents and high -tech industry growth have a long -term dynamic equilibrium relationship and R&D talents are the Granger cause of high -tech industry growth.This suggests that R&D talents and high -tech industry growth do not have a two -way rela-tionship during the growth stage of high -tech industry.
