海洋经济可持续发展综合评价模型与实证研究

摘要

This paper created a system structure model of sustainable development of marine economy by system theory, and established an evaluation index system of sustainable development of ocean economy. An evaluation model of sustain-able development of marine economy,and a coordinative development model of sustainable development of marine economy subsystems are established accordingly based on principal component analysis and regression analysis. Simultaneously,this paper empirically analyzed the problem of sustainable development of marine economy in Guangdong Province.%运用系统论方法建立海洋经济可持续发展系统结构模型，在此基础上构建海洋经济可持续发展评价指标体系，运用主分量分析与回归分析相结合的综合评价方法建立海洋经济可持续发展评价模型以及海洋经济可持续发展子系统间协调发展评价模型，并以广东省海洋经济可持续发展问题为例进行实证分析。
