中国制造业行业碳排放效率及其影响因素

摘要

Based on China's manufacturing industry's industry panel data from 2005 to 2014,the paper uses super efficiency DEA model to measure the industry's carbon emission efficiency and divide them into three categories which are high efficiency industries,middle efficiency industries and low efficiency industries.Then the paper makes an empirical analysis on how environmental regulation,endowment structure,property right structure,FDI and enterprise scale influence the carbon emission efficiency of three kinds of industries respectively.Conclusions are drawn as follows:the above influence factors have industry heterogeneity;endowment structure has a negative effect on all three kinds of industries and enterprise scale has a positive effect on them.Based on the above conclusions,the paper puts forward the relevant policy suggestions to improve the manufacturing industry's carbon emission efficiency.%基于2005-2014年中国制造业行业面板数据,利用超效率DEA模型对行业碳排放效率进行测度并将其分为高效率行业、中效率行业和低效率行业,然后实证分析环境规制、禀赋结构、产权结构、外商投资和企业规模对3类行业碳排放效率的影响.得出结论,以上影响因素存在行业异质性,其中禀赋结构对3类行业均有负的影响,企业规模均有正的影响.基于上述结论,提出改善制造业碳排放效率的相关政策建议.
