基于四位置法旋转调制寻北仪的轴向摆动分析

         

摘要

Four-position north-seeking method is the most accurate in the north-seeking north finder, the easiest system composed to find north. Whether turntable table tilt or not, only one gyro is needed to complete the north-seeking. In practice, however, the turntable shaft will certainly be a certain degree of swing, this causes the north-seeking accuracy greatly reduced. In order to analyze and solve this problem, the north-seeking simulation in the case of shaft swing after accelerometer compensation is maken. The Simulation results show that, shaft wobble slightly larger, conventional rotating modulation north-seeking method will have great north-seeking error, it can't be carried out. After the compensate of acceleration for the swing, no matter how severe the shaft swinging, the north-seeking results are not very great fluctuations, it can reach the north-seeking requirements, so it can greatly reduced north finder prototype machining precision, greatly reduce the processing costs.%四位置寻北法是寻北仪寻北方法中精度最高,系统组成最简单的寻北方法.无论转台台面倾斜与否,只需要一个陀螺即可完成寻北.但是在实际中,转台转轴肯定会有一定程度的摆动,这会使寻北精度大大降低.为了分析和解决这一问题,对转轴摆动情况下经过加速度计补偿后分别进行寻北仿真.仿真结果表明,在转轴摆动稍大的情况下,传统旋转调制寻北方法寻北误差很大,无法进行寻北;在经过加速度对摆动角进行补偿后,无论转轴摆动多么剧烈,寻北结果都没有很大波动,可以达到寻北要求.从而可以大大减小对寻北仪样机机械加工的精密程度要求,大大减小加工成本.
