Objective To explore the clinical effect of atorvastatin calcium tablets combined with aspirin enteric -coated tablets in treating elderly patients with acute coronary syndrome and the impact on blood lipid metabolism. Methods A total of 92 elderly patients with acute coronary syndrome were selected in Huangshi Central Hospital of Edong Medical Group from April 2012 to April 2015,and they were divided into control group and observation group,each of 46 cases. Patients of control group received aspirin enteric - coated tablets only,while patients of observation group received atorvastatin calcium tablets combined with aspirin enteric - coated tablets;both groups continuously treated for 8 weeks. Clinical effect,blood liquids index (including HDL,LDL,TC and TG) and serum hs-CRP level before and after treatment,and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The clinical effect of observation group was statistically significantly better than that of control group( P < 0. 05). No statistically significant differences of serum level of HDL,LDL,TC or TG was found between the two groups before treatment(P > 0. 05);after treatment,serum HDL level of observation group was statistically significantly higher than that of control group,while serum levels of LDL,TC and TG of observation group were statistically significantly lower than those of control group( P < 0. 05). No statistically significant differences of serum hs-CRP level was found between the two groups before treatment( P > 0. 05),while serum hs-CRP level of observation group was statistically significantly lower than that of control group after treatment(P < 0. 05). No one of the two groups occurred any severe adverse reactions. Conclusion Atorvastatin calcium tablets combined with aspirin enteric - coated tablets has certain clinical effect in treating elderly patients with acute coronary syndrome,can effectively adjust the blood lipid metabolism,and is safe.%目的：探讨阿托伐他汀钙片联合阿司匹林肠溶片治疗老年急性冠脉综合征的临床疗效及其对血脂代谢的影响。方法选取2012年4月—2015年4月鄂东医疗集团黄石市中心医院收治的老年急性冠脉综合征患者92例，按随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组，每组46例。对照组患者予以阿司匹林肠溶片治疗，观察组患者予以阿托伐他汀钙片联合阿司匹林肠溶片治疗；两组患者均连续治疗8周。比较两组患者临床疗效、治疗前后血脂指标〔高密度脂蛋白（HDL）、低密度脂蛋白（LDL）、总胆固醇（TC）、三酰甘油（TG）〕及血清超敏 C 反应蛋白（hs-CRP）水平、不良反应发生情况。结果观察组患者临床疗效优于对照组（ P <0.05）。治疗前两组患者血清 HDL、LDL、TC、TG 水平比较，差异无统计学意义（P >0.05）；治疗后观察组患者血清 HDL 水平高于对照组，血清 LDL、TC、TG 水平低于对照组（P <0.05）。治疗前两组患者血清hs-CRP水平比较，差异无统计学意义（P >0.05）；治疗后观察组患者血清hs-CRP水平低于对照组（P <0.05）。两组患者均未发生严重不良反应。结论阿托伐他汀钙片联合阿司匹林肠溶片治疗老年急性冠脉综合征的临床疗效确切，可改善患者血脂代谢，且不良反应少。
