脉搏血氧仪在老年冠心病患者经桡动脉途径经皮冠状动脉介入治疗术后桡动脉压迫止血中的应用效果

摘要

目的 分析脉搏血氧仪在老年冠心病患者经桡动脉途径经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(PCI)术后桡动脉压迫止血中的应用效果.方法 选取2014年2月—2016年2月在宿迁市泗洪县人民医院住院并行经桡动脉途径PCI的老年冠心病患者152例,根据止血方式分为常规组75例和测试组77例.常规组患者采用桡动脉止血器压迫止血,测试组患者在桡动脉止血器压迫止血基础上采用脉搏血氧仪进行监测.比较两组患者实验室检查指标、血糖、血压,PCI术后3d桡动脉狭窄(RAS)及桡动脉闭塞(RAO)发生情况.结果 两组患者总胆固醇、三酰甘油、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、尿酸、肌酐、血糖及收缩压、舒张压比较,差异均无统计学意义(P＞0.05).PCI术后3d常规组患者RAS、RAO发生率高于测试组(P＜0.05).结论 脉搏血氧仪在老年冠心痛患者经桡动脉途径PCI术后桡动脉压迫止血中的应用效果良好,有助于减少RAS及RAO的发生.%Objective To analyze the application effect of pulse oximeter on compression hemostasis of radial artery in elderly postoperative coronary heart disease patients treated by transradial PCI.Methods From February 2014 to February 2016,a total of 152 elderly coronary heart disease patients undergoing transradial PCI were selected in the People's Hospital of Sihong County,Suqian,and they were divided into control group (n =75) and test group (n =77) according to hemostatic methods.Patients of control group received compression hemostasis through radial artery hemostatic device,while patients of test group received pulse oximeter monitoring based on that of control group.Laboratory examination results,blood glucose,blood pressure,incidence of radial artery stenosis (RAS) and radial artery occlusion (RAO) after 3 days of PCI were compared between the two groups.Results No statistically significant differences ofTC,TG,HDL-C,LDL-C,UA,Cr,blood glucose,systolic blood pressure or diastolic blood pressure was found between the two groups (P ＞ 0.05).Incidence of RAS and RAO of test group was statistically significantly higher than that of control group,respectively (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Pulse oximeter has good application effect on compression hemostasis of radial artery in elderly postoperative coronary heart disease patients treated by transradial PCI,is helpful to reduce the incidence of RAS and RAO.
